āThe park´s sanitary system connects all companies to the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The plant treats ordinary waters. Companies that have special processes must pre-treat their water before discharging to the system.
Storm Water Catch Basins
La Lima Free Zone has been designed to minimize environmental impact. 4 storm water catch basins have been built to capture rain water during storms, only discharging in a controlled manner after the storm has passed, ensuring that the rivers and creeks will have returned to their normal levels and avoiding possible flood risks downstream.
First Class Telecommunication System
The park currently provides redundant telecomm services including VoIP and dedicated service through the local providers such as ICE, American Data Networks, Claro, JASEC and others. Any vendor can connect to the park´s secured telecom room and provide services to established companies.
Several telephone service companies can provide land and mobile telephone service to the park. TV Cable services are available through: JASEC, Claro and other vendors.
Telecom Room
There will be a telecom room on the first floor of each building so clients can connect (DMARC). This server room is shared with other tenants but access is restricted and controlled by the Landlord. Clients are allowed to build a telecom room inside their space. The telecom room/closet can be built to specs in the client’s rental space. There is no restriction on what the client could host in their telecom room (servers, switches, cooling, etc.)
